Wir lieben Getriebe
Großgetriebe müssen härtesten Bedingungen standhalten - in Industrieanlagen, im Rumpf eines Schiffes, bei extremen Temperaturen - und das jahrelang. Da unsere Getriebe einen besonders sorgfältigen Fertigungsprozess durchlaufen, sind sie den höchsten Anforderungen gewachsen. Alles was den Produktionsprozess optimiert, wird eingesetzt. CNC-Bearbeitung beim Horizontal- und Vertikaldrehen, Außenwälzfräsen bis m=36, Innenwälzfräsen bis m=30, Zahnflankenschleifen bis m=34 und Komplettbearbeitung von Gehäusen. Alle im Getriebebau relevanten Wärmebehandlungsverfahren werden in unserem Hause durchgeführt. Auf unserem Prüfstand können Getriebe bis zu einer Antriebsleistung von 1,5 MW bei 1500 U/min erprobt werden. Weiterhin sind wir mit allen erforderlichen Mess- und Prüfeinrichtungen sowie großen 3D-Messmaschinen ausgestattet, welche es uns ermöglichen, alle relevanten internationalen Qualitätsstandards zu erfüllen.
We love gearboxes
Large-size gear sets have to cope with harshest conditions prevailing in industrial plants, in ships' hulls, and at extreme temperatures over the course of many years. As our
gear sets are the result of highly elaborate production processes, they comply with the most stringent requirements. All means available to optimize the production process are brought into play.
CNC machining for horizontal and vertical lathing, external hobbing up to m=36, internal hobbing up to m=30, gear tooth flank grinding up to m=34 and complete machining of gear housings. All heat
treatment processes associated with the production of gear sets are carried out "in house". Our test bank allows testing of gear sets of up to a maximum driving power of 1.5 MW at 1500 rpm.
Moreover, we have all necessary measurement and testing tools, including 3D measurement machines, enabling us to comply with all relevant international quality standards.
